They are really good. I am relieved the volley abuse didn't come with a skimpy outfit.

It doesn't matter what they do they will never be for the high jump.

Did any pass a dope test?

Love the ideas! Shub, I am sure it does... or maybe the hockey stick is unravelling?

Ssat. Doping is entirely allowable.

I dare say that Micky Mann is a dash denialist.

P.S. "Synchronised scamming" is really very good.

The reason climate scientists get in such trouble is they don't do a proper medieval warm-up.

Another gold in the bag, superb Josh. Center of the podium for you sir.

Aug 10, 2012 at 9:22 PM | Unregistered CommenterLord Beaverbrook

Team Josh "Own[s] the podium"** winning Gold, Silver & Bronze ... Outstanding performance, sir!!

** this was the Canadian slogan/goal going into the 2010 Winter Olympics here in Vancouver

Brilliant, Josh!
Thanks, you put a smile on my face. :-)

ROTFLMAO. VERY GOOD!

Next, Team sports. Trenberth as gatekeeper err.. goalkeeper.

Ammann and Wahl and Wahl and Ammann as Siamese twins, being linesmen, claim that Mann scored, with North as a Janus-faced referee saying Yes and No.

McIntyre among the public eating popcorn, looking relaxed and amused. Andrew Montford at his side taking notes. And notes. And notes.

Mann then runs after ball.... errr Ball.

and so on.

(Now Josh, I don't expect you to draw this movie, just having fun on a Friday. Thanx.)

BTW there are four years between Olympics, but only two between Climategates.

Meanwhile, hysterical reports of the demise of the US harvest due to "unprecendented" global warming are much exaggerated.

From the horse's mouth (US Wheat Associate's weekly harvest report):

Nice one, Josh! Re events, don't forget the Olympic tennis - bearing in mind the IPCC, UNEP, EU, NGOs, peer review process etc., etc., one word that comes to mind is rackets.

Unless Frank (O'Dwyer?) has suddenly obtained a sense of humour he's not going to be at all happy with this.

Alex - Rackets, brilliant ;-)

The best ever Olympic games end with the best ever Josh cartoon.

It's remarkable that it took BH 14 days to acknowledge on its front page something special was taking place on their island.

This has to be the best image from the London Olympics. The chap dangling from the wire had discussed Piers Corbyn's weather predictions for the opening ceremony.

The uneven bars, with the CRU camped on the lower one.
